1. Unlimited Remote & Phone IT Support ( Emergency call outs to site are subject to SLA agreement)

2. Consulting: Assistance with outsourced Service Providers

3. Network Monitoring

4. Cloud System Management: Cable management, Server & Networking

5. CCTV Footage Backup & Support: Footage can be stored for up to 3 months- note: subject to SLA agreement (Optional)

6. Anti-Virus Monitoring

7. Onsite & Online/Cloud Data Backups of Emails & Raw Data (For redundancy)

8. Site Visits weekly at clients Preferred Days

9. During the site visit the following tasks will be conducted

  • Hardware/Equipment & Software Maintenance Check
  • Virus Scans & Anti-Virus update
  • Reports will include: fault Finding, Overall status of the Hardware/Equipment & performance of hardware & Installed software, and analysis of Internet Data Usage.
  • Data Capturing & Management
  • Backups
  • Installation Of Other Hardware & Software ( Subject to SLA agreement)
  • Repairs and cleaning of hardware and other equipment.
  • In-House User Help Desk Support.
  • Technical query sessions
