Our support services will be available through various software, we will be using some of the most advanced software technology, such as Team Viewer, remote Desktop Connection Tight VNC etc. for remote support, and this will be beneficiary to the client in reducing down time and cutting expensive traveling costs.

 

On Site IT Support

 

For on-site support we still will be available at the client’s request and a technician will be dispatched as soon as possible to the client's site or main base of operations. (Note: a turnaround response time can be negotiated)

 

In House Technicians

 

Depending on the client’s needs or SLA* agreement we can station a Technician at the client’s site or main base of operation for quick response to technical issues experienced on-site.

 

Ticketing

Info Centre
